The compound fertilizer rich in nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium is a highly efficient and long-lasting fertilizer, which promotes a balanced distribution of various nutrients in the soil and makes the soil more fertile. The compound fertilizer has the advantages of high nutrient content, less auxiliary ingredients and good physical properties. It plays an important role in balanced fertilization, improving fertilizer utilization rate and promoting high and stable crop yields.
The Company produces compound fertilizers in the Fudao factory area and the Dayukou factory area, of which the former produces raw materials for compound fertilizers. While phosphorus and potassium are sourced from the third parties, nitrogen are from the melted urea generated in the urea production process. With the adoption of dissolved urea spray technology for effective utilization of resources, the annual production reaches 50,000 tonnes. It is unique that the Company has its engineers who specialize in blending major nutrients of fertilizers and provide high value-added and high-margin specific compound fertilizers according to customers' requirements. The “Fudao” compound fertilizer is mainly sold to various customers, such as rubber producers and banana growers, in Hainan Province. In the past year, the sales area for “Fudao” compound fertilizer has been expanding continuously and its popularity is improving, gradually forming a customer base in the Guangdong and Guangxi regions.
Since the second half of 2013, the Dayukou Diammonium Phosphate Phase I Plant has also produced high-end nitrate-based compound fertilizer successfully. Fudao nitrate-based compound fertilizer is a special fertilizer tailored for high-end crops, designed with and providing the crops full nutrition guarantee according to growth characteristics and fertilization requirements of crops. 17-17-17: instant total solution, used for sprinkler irrigation fertilizing and drip irrigation fertilizing; 15-15-15: high quality and efficiency, suitable for spreading and applying to ditches and holes; 22-8-12: a high nitrogen fertilizer with large supply of nitrogen for raising seedlings and accelerating growth in the early stage; 12-10-24: a high potassium fertilizer with abundant potassium supplementation for promoting flower blooming and fruit bearing and improving quality before and after fruit production.
Fudao nitrate-based compound fertilizer adopts the French AZF technology which enables rapid chemical synthesis. In terms of product formula and production indicator control, it effectively combines nitrate nitrogen and ammonium nitrogen according to the absorption characteristics of crops, resulting in efficient fertilization as well as sufficient fertilizing strength. It does not contain biuret and is therefore safe to apply. The phosphate ore is processed with positive and negative flotation, and the phosphoric acid is specially purified to remove harmful substances and impurities which affect fertilization efficiency. The products has excellent solubility and high content of water-soluble phosphorus. Hence, it is eco-friendly and promotes crop absorption. The production of potassium sulfate adopts the Mannheim method so its chloride ion content is extremely low, resulting in a higher quality.
